Emergency Response Plans
Corporate, Sour/Site-Specific for Drilling, Completions, Servicing, Workovers, Production Operations, Emergency Management Programs, Business Continuity Programs, and other high risk operations that may require an emergency response plan. We are very well versed in Emergency Management and incident Command System requirements and the regulations of Alberta, B.C., Saskatchewan, and Quebec, including the Canada Energy Regulator.
Public Consultation Plans
Our Public Consultation Specialists can conduct public consultations and area ground truthing for drilling/completions, production operations, and Corporate emergency response plans with high risk areas. Our experienced Public Consultations Specialists have at least 25 years plus in the oil and gas industry and know and understand oil and gas operations and the regulatory requirements in BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Health, Safety, and Environment Management Programs
HSE professionals with CRSP designation. Mobile HSE program App. The HSE program is the first step in meeting occupational health and safety requirements. Senergy HSE professionals can develop job specific Hazard Assessments, Job Safety Analysis, prepare Safe Operating Procedures, and assist our clients with implementing a solid HSE program. Orientations are included in the development of an HSE program.
Document Reproduction and Distribution
We have our own printing department that can service all our client's needs including Emergency Response Plan reproduction (binders, tabs, map pockets, colour, etc.) ERP Guidebooks/Mini-ERP/Mini-HSE Binders, Flipbooks, ERP Cards, etc., Public Consultation Handouts, Health, Safety, and Environment Programs (binders, tabs, map pockets, colour, etc.), Orientations Handbooks, Booklets, Training materials/Workbooks, Safe Work Permits, Hazard Assessments, JSA Forms, Safe Operating Procedures, ERP Status Boards and ERP Team fillable flow-charts (large and dry erase laminated); anything our client's may need for their Emergency Management and HSE programs. E2 Plans
With the new Environmental regulations now in effect, our Planning Specialists can assist our clients in determining if they meet the criteria for an Environmental Response (E2) Plan. Our technical personnel can conduct Plume Dispersion Modelling, determine potential hazard and notifications areas, hand off to our Mapping personnel, and our Public Consultations Specialists to conduct a thorough Public Consultation/Notification program and meet the requirements of an E2 plan
Mapping Services
As a result of our extensive ground truthing, our Mapping Specialists ensure an accurate representation of the area and any surface improvements that may be of consideration or of a high risk and highlight it in the emergency response plan. Our Mapping Specialists work closely together with our Public Consultation Specialists to ensure maps are complete, accurate and represent client's operations, emergency planning and response zones, and affected public.
Contractor Management Services
We monitor contractor compliance (insurance, COR/SECOR certification, and WCB Clearance)k and provide monthly report and frequent updates at a reasonable rate. Daily WBC DECC lists are updated and notifications are sent monthly for expired information.
H2S/HVP,IIZ,PAZ,EPZ/ HPZ and Plume Modelling Calculations
Senergy Technical Personnel have years of experience in this one aspect of emergency planning. Our Technical Specialists will work with our clients to ensure all H2S/HVP and high risk wells and pipelines are included, run through appropriate formulas, documented in our ERP's, on our maps and submitted to the appropriate regulator. Calculations can be done for both the AER and OGC along with supporting documentation and mapping
Training and Exercises
Senergy Training and Exercise professionals can develop and deliver any training our clients need. This included ERP Orientations, Power Point Presentations, Workbooks, regulatory mandated Tabletop and Full-scale/mobilization exercises (Including exercise facilitation and representation in the field and corporate offices), while supporting personnel in meeting their regulatory requirements. We can develop and tailor any training program our clients need.
Waste Management, Tracking, and Reporting Services
Our waste professionals understand there are federal and provincial regulatory requirements for waste that is generated in Alberta. Waste generators are responsible for their waste from "cradle to grave" The Alberta Energy Regulator uses Directive 58 to outline and enforce our provincial requirements. The federal government requirements are outlined in TDG regulations. We are familiar tracking, auditing, and trainings to clients involving both provincial and federal waste manifests.
